To ensure you have the best yoga experience possible, may we suggest the following: Try to arrive 10 minutes early for class to settle in on your mat and prepare for practice - Practice on an empty stomach - Try not to eat 1-2 hours before practice - Drink plenty of water during the day - Check with your doctor before starting any exercise program and inform your instructor of any injuries, past or present, you may have - Check class descriptions to see what class would be best suited for you.
For those who have never practiced yoga before or experienced students who are looking to work out and stretch without doing a more vigorous practice. This class will focus on breathing techniques, strengthening and lengthening, balancing, an introducing the student to poses they will see in more advanced classes.
*Look for our "Intro to Beginner's Series" which will be 6 consecutive week classes for first time Yogis. A great way to start your yoga journey. Each week we will add different postures to build a solid yoga foundation. Watch your progression each week. All poses will be explained and broken down in detail. There will be modifications and assists along the way.
For established yogis or those who want to take their practice to the next level. A faster paced flow class practiced in a hot room. A great workout for the entire body and excellent way to release the tensions from your day. Exploration of more backbends, standing balances, hip openers, and arm balances will keep this class fresh, challenging and fun. Oh yeah, we can't forget the abs!
During this vinyasa style class you will be able to do a variety of standing, seated and Sun Salutations and balancing poses. As with any yoga class, you can chose what modifications best suits you that day-if you want to take it up a notch or stay in your comfort zone. Leave your inhibitions at the door and come play with us! This class allows room for all levels. Intermediate poses will be introduced and students will be able to work at different stages of postures.
Yoga Sculpt takes your yoga practice to the next level! This class combines heated yoga, strength training, cardio and free weights to fuse the perfect blended workout all in one one-hour class. Adding free weights to your flow sequence will intensify your poses and tone your body. Every major muscle group is hit with exercises like push-ups and squats, which break up the flow of your routine. And all the while class is set to FUN, energizing music.
Our Community Classes are offered on a donation basis, and aim to make yoga accessible for everyone in our local community, while also making a difference globally. When you step on to your mat in one of our 60 minute All Level community classes, you are making a direct contribution to the Global Seva Project, run by Off the Mat, Into the World. Do something good for yourself while helping to make a difference in the world!

Open to all levels from advanced to beginner who are looking for a soothing and therapeutic late night yoga class that will help wind down your weekend and reset for the week ahead.
